One crucial fact which is missing in this article is: was this film originally portrayed as or perceived as a documentary when it came out? Much of the article is devoted to showing that it is not a dispassionate documentary, which is fine, but was it intended as one? was it seen as one? --Macrakis (talk) 17:46, 7 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
