Yes, Rick. I'm the author of the article, but I supposed I can give 1 vote as everybody, as the candidates for presidence can give their vote. If this is not applicable for this case (which I could understand) let's don't count my vote. I like Wikipedia's philosophy and, of course, I don't want the deletion process not to be clean. Moreover, I supposed articles in wikipedia are ok if the object of it "touches" or "changes" the world in any notable way, not only with "countable" things like prizes (which is a mean of being notable, I agree) or age, and because of that, I wrote it. In this case, in my opinion, there is some influence to world, not very big, but considerable and international. But this is only response to your opinion (should this be in "discussion" page?) as my vote is written before... I only have written this for clarification of the first part of your former opinion. Delete, unless someone can show why this person who impressed people in an international contest is more notable than thousands of others who have done the same thing. It may be that he will be eventually be a moderately notable singer or even a major force in the music world. Or it may be that Ijggak can better document his current notability. If he does so, I will happily change my vote. A lot of us have likings for singers or writers and so forth who are not notable to the world at large, though they have a number of very strong admirers. We wish them well, but try not to push such particular enthusiasms here. (And a short entry in Wikipedia is not likely to help anyone's career in any case because it would look like a vanity entry.) Thanks for the welcome, Jallan, and thanks for your explanation. I understand it perfectly. Having it in mind, I'll change my vote to abstention. Of course, i'm interested in the person of the article (how to start a totally new article if I wasn't?); I wrote it because I thought that I could find more articles with this kind of information in Wikipedia, but perhaps, it's true, it is still soon. I see now the limit. I'm sure in the future the article will come back longer (if it is deleted now). But (I'd like this to be clear), evidently, I didn't write in any case the article to help anyone's career, but, as I said before, because I thought information like this should be in Wikipedia.
