I believe this file should be deleted because it is not appropriate for Spetsnaz, the only location where it is used. There is no source for it and I can also question its source.
The contributing user, User:Deltabourne is not a regular and so I have no good faith to base the authenticity and appropriateness of this file on.
I don't feel that it makes _any_ sense to a civilian reader. It either needs to be replaced with something else or a lengthy explanation has to accompany it.

- It is a most decidedly odd photo which doesn't really add anything to the article, but the discussion of deleting pictures should be made at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion, and the appropriate template is ifd, not vfd. RickK 21:30, Mar 28, 2005 (UTC)
- If you think this should be deleted, you should take it to Images for Deletion. Vfd is not the right place for this. DaveTheRed 22:00, 28 Mar 2005 (UTC)
