Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dates of Manchukuo Finances,Industry and Commerce

This author seems to be putting out several articles on Manchukuo, all of which are practically illegible and look like babelfish reproductions of a government press release. In any case, no one will look up the title as presented; the only hope would be to merge into the current Manchukuo and Manchuria articles, and even identifying interesting information for a transfer to those pages would probably be overly difficult. Keep. Valued, prolific and knowledgeable contributor. This is not machine translation - anyone who says it is knows little about that. Why is this marked for VfD, rather than cleanup? I have a list of articles all or partly by the same contributor up at User:Charles Matthews/Imperial Japan. Some of them still need work, but mostly (for example South Pacific Mandate) they both clean up well, and fill obvious gaps (in that case, League of Nations mandates).
