[edit]I've split the list because I'm sure of the foreign ministers after 1871 but not before 1871. Granted, the German Empire/Prussia technically had no foreign minister, that role being fulfilled by the chancellor, but it seems more accurate to list the State Secretaries here. The Foreign Minister of Prussia was a Prussian office separate from that of the state secretary (which was a reich office). Usually, the Chancellor held the position (as Bismarck, Caprivi, Bülow, Bethmann, &c.), but not always (Hohenlohe never did). I'm restoring the old list. (My source is "Rulers and Governments of the World", or some similar title. john 08:22, 4 Apr 2004 (UTC)
