Hoax. No Google hits for "Hell seal terre" or "Seal of Hell on Earth". Three Google hits for "Roger de Bernard", none of them having anything to do with this. There is no Bob or Robert Langford at the University of Oregon. Rick K 05:25, Sep 10, 2004 (UTC)
