The result of the debate was - no consensus - SimonP 05:39, Mar 29, 2005 (UTC)
More of the same: non-notable, useless, unencyclopedic. /sɪzlæk˺/ 09:21, 12 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Why don't we delete them all then? -- Riffsyphon1024 09:24, Mar 12, 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. See my reasoining at Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/List of Saturday Night Live episodes. Tygar 10:20, Mar 12, 2005 (UTC)
- Keep Star Trek individual episodes can have Wiki entries' why should SNL be any different? Samboy 10:41, 12 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Yea, but then everyone will want an episode list. The trek episodes should really be in Memory Alpha. -- Riffsyphon1024 10:48, Mar 12, 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Star Trek episodes have a unifying plot. SNL does not, so needs no article to describe each episode. DaveTheRed 19:27, 12 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Keep, episodes of star trek, and notable comedy shows are important enough for an unlimited encyclopedia. Kappa 11:55, 12 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. I have a strong suspicion that most Star Trek episodes shouldn't have their own articles, and that we would be better served by a few articles summarizing key plot arcs and characters. As I've mentioned elsewhere, we already have articles on notable SNL sketches and characters, and a list of all the hosts and musical guests. This is too much granularity. --TenOfAllTrades | Talk 15:26, 12 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. What encyclopedic value can there be in just a list of sketches that were done in the same show? --BM 19:58, 12 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Delete, not notable as an individual episode. Megan1967 01:29, 13 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Keep. Everyking 02:05, 13 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Utterly useless, as above listing. Not encyclopedic at all. -R. fiend 02:25, 13 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Keep - verifiable and of third-party interest - David Gerard 14:52, 13 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Keep interesting information not easily found elsewhere Andrew Lenahan - Starblind 14:50, Mar 14, 2005 (UTC)
- Delete, no potential to become encyclopedic--nixie 01:13, 15 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Strong keep; comments at Wikipedia:Votes_for_deletion/Saturday_Night_Live_Number_548.
- Keep: Information is verifiable, informative, and of interest to end users. —Caesura 17:25, 17 Mar 2005 (UTC)
