Rei Sakuma (佐久間 レイ, Sakuma Rei, born Reiko Sakuma (佐久間 玲子, Sakuma Reiko)) is a Japanese actress, voice actress, singer and narrator from Tokyo, Japan. She is best known in Japan for her voice work as Batako in the long-running children's anime series Soreike! Anpanman.

Her most famous role in the English-speaking world, however, is probably as the Chinese Amazon champion Shampoo in Ranma ½.

Other popular roles of hers include Yoko Sakakibara from Azuki-chan, Mariemaia Khushrenada from Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz, Sanrio characters My Melody (from My Melody franchise) and Cappuccino (from Cinnamoroll franchise), and the Mini-Doras from the 1979 Doraemon anime series.
