Because it was a one-sentence stub which didn't make sense outside the Chicano article and would have required redundant duplication of content to make such sense. I suggest expanding it within Chicano to the point where it's a viable separate article if you really want them separate - David Gerard 06:59, May 20, 2004 (UTC)
